As you can see I have changed the look and feel, swapped out some links and blown away all of the old content. I'm sure the site will continue to evolve but waiting for perfection never got me anywhere so here we go. Now all that is left is to start with new content. More of that soon enough. In the mean time

For the last couple of years I have focused on blogging elements of my personal life as a means of communicating with friends and family and otherwise entertaining the occasional passers-by. But from time to time change is necessary and while not always comfortable it is often, if not usually, a good thing. So as I shake a few things up in my personal life in an effort to simplify and put my full focus where in belongs rather than on the many peripheral distractions that often creep into our lives, I've also decided to change up my blog to better reflect, and in fact, enhance that new focus. Gone will be the music and wine reviews, random musings on the adventures of friends or the occasional rant about, well... whatever rubbed me the wrong way, except when those things enhance the point of what I'm trying to say. In other words, all of those things will no longer be the point but will be peripheral to that new focus. I'm not going to elaborate on exactly what you should expect because at the moment, I'm not 100% sure of what that will be; except to say that it will still have a personal touch with a focus on business ventures and related editorial. I promise not to make it dry and it will still most certainly be "me" just more focused, hopefully useful and appealing to you whether you know me or not.

I'm also going to change up the look and feel of the site to reflect the changes to content and topics. No promises on a "launch date" but expect to see the change to come sometime between now and the end of the year. Until then I'll keep all of the existing post's up and let you know when it is all about to change.
